How To Subscribe

Getting Started

  • Click to open: Student Directions for Using iCal
  • Simply double-click a day to create an event
  • You can create more than one calendar with color codes for different kinds of events (e.g. home vs work)
  • iCal calendars are private by default, but can be **shared**with students, other teachers, or anyone
    • Here is an example of an iCal that teachers might share with each other online: UMAHS Cycle Days
  • iCal calendars are only backed up when you log in or log out at school. Make sure you take that into account before trusting iCal with large amounts of information!
